WHO AM I — LIVE ON ZOOM

WHO AM I — LIVE ON ZOOM

One question. Three hours. Your voice in the room.

For four days, I walked you through the architecture of a life that kept escaping the script written for it — the child reading adult silence like a second language at five. The crêpe pan. The prime-time advertising agency in Paris where I assisted the producer and learned how a story gets built. The detective novel written at twenty-four with no internet and no roadmap. The workshop in Goa where Miss Be's collections reached stores across the world — red carpets, catwalks, celebrities, yoga studios — a signature so unmistakable it announced itself at first sight. The van with sand on the floor. The reinventions that looked like audacity from the outside and felt, from the inside, like survival becoming craft.

You saw where I came from. I gave you the full map so you could locate yourself on it.

Now I'm turning the question.

You recognize yourself.

You recognize yourself in the adjustments you make before your words leave your mouth. In the people-pleasing that feels like generosity until the resentment quietly accumulates. In holding things in until the tightening becomes your baseline. In letting guilt, shame, or fear determine how much of you gets to be seen.

You know the cycle. The same dynamics repeating. The same self-sabotage surfacing. The same limited beliefs cycling back to keep you playing small — holding back right at the edge of what you actually want to express.

You move through roles and masks with the fluency of someone who learned early that being accepted required becoming someone else. Your self-esteem takes the hit. Your confidence shrinks with every word swallowed, every boundary dissolved, every time approval won over the truth you were about to voice.

This is a live group session on Zoom.

One question — Who am I? — and this time, you have the floor.

The floor where I stop you in the split second you soften your sentence before it reaches air. Where the Controller tightens. Where the Adapter smooths the edges. Where you hand your power over before you've registered the transfer. The shadow in operation. A part seizing the wheel. What you've been calling "just how I am."

That override point — where you shut yourself down before your truth lands, where you cut your own voice, where your boundaries collapse, where you trade your values for approval, where you override the confidence already anchored inside you — is where every pattern you haven't broken lives.

Bam. That's the threshold where the same patterns stop holding the way they used to — where they take over in real time, exactly where we work.

What this room holds

A live, real-time process. Present tense. The work lands in the exact second you're standing in, and voicing your true feelings stops being the thing you almost did.

A live workbook landing in your inbox before the session — the active tool of the room itself. Download it, print it, arrive with the instrument in hand. Inside: heartfelt prompts, templates, timed exercises, space to seed intentions in real time, with me, as the session moves.

Two rooms. Two time zones.

How I work

I work with inner child wounds, self-abandonment, and the self-love rooted in becoming who you are — as the living mechanisms behind the roles you cycle through, the boundaries that collapse on cue, the values traded for approval without registering the exchange.

I do not flatter. I do not cushion. I work as a mirror.

What it reflects, you can no longer unsee.

The investment

$22 — or €20.

The price is intentional — almost a donation. The work inside the room is a different story.
