TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern purchases, bookings, participation in experiences, and use of products and services offered through Unleash Your Inner Wealth.
By purchasing a product, booking an experience, registering for Homecoming, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service together with the applicable Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and other policies displayed on the website.
1. HOMECOMING — DUBAI RETREAT
Homecoming is an in-person personal-development retreat taking place in Dubai from 13–15 February 2027.
Participation includes personalized preparation before the retreat, three days of facilitated experiences, individual and group reflection, guided practices, written materials, experiential exercises, and post-retreat integration support as described on the Homecoming sales page.
The retreat experience may include journaling, somatic movement, breathwork, blindfold exercises, communication exercises, partner work, role-play, emotional art, persona and shadow exploration, ritual, cacao, guided meditation, flower work, sisterhood practices, personal reflection, and group sharing.
Participation remains voluntary throughout the retreat. Each participant remains responsible for communicating personal limits and choosing their level of involvement in individual exercises.
2. PERSONALIZED PREPARATION
Homecoming begins before the participant arrives in Dubai.
Participants may be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire and provide photographs, including a recent portrait and a childhood photograph.
Information supplied during this preparation may be used to create personalized retreat materials, including a journal, written reflections, personal prompts, and a Who Am I? poem.
These materials are created specifically for the registered participant. For this reason, a Homecoming booking is personal and non-transferable.
The participant agrees to provide information that is accurate to the best of her knowledge and understands that the quality and relevance of personalized preparation depend partly on the information she chooses to share.
3. PAYMENT
All Homecoming payments are processed in US Dollars (USD).
Payment may be made through the payment methods displayed at checkout, including PayPal or bank transfer where available.
Bank-transfer reservations remain pending until payment arrives and is confirmed.
Where a payment deadline is stated in the booking instructions, payment must arrive within that period to secure the place. A place may be released once that payment period expires.
Following the expiry or lawful waiver of any mandatory statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights applicable to the booking, Homecoming payments are final and non-refundable.
Bookings are non-transferable due to the personalized preparation created for each participant.
4. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
Homecoming involves personal reflection and experiential participation.
Each participant remains responsible for her own decisions, boundaries, travel arrangements, personal belongings, physical participation, emotional limits, and communication throughout the retreat.
Participants are encouraged to communicate promptly with Emmanuelle or the retreat team concerning physical discomfort, emotional overwhelm, accessibility needs, allergies, dietary concerns, or circumstances that may affect participation.
The retreat does not replace medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, diagnosis, emergency support, or professional healthcare.
No specific psychological, emotional, relational, professional, financial, or personal outcome is guaranteed.
5. HEALTH AND PHYSICAL PARTICIPATION
Certain retreat activities may involve movement, breathwork, meditation, cacao, essential oils, blindfolded exercises, dance, or other experiential practices.
Participants are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for them and for disclosing relevant allergies, sensitivities, physical limitations, medical restrictions, or other concerns before participating.
Participation in any individual activity may be declined.
Where professional medical advice is required concerning participation in an activity, the participant remains responsible for obtaining that advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.
6. RETREAT CONDUCT AND GROUP CONFIDENTIALITY
Homecoming relies on respect, discretion, and care within the group.
Participants agree to treat other participants, facilitators, assistants, venue staff, and collaborators respectfully.
Personal stories, disclosures, emotional experiences, photographs, identifying details, and private information shared by another participant during the retreat must remain confidential unless that participant expressly gives permission for disclosure.
Recording another participant during a private conversation, exercise, or emotional experience without permission is prohibited.
Harassment, threatening conduct, deliberate disruption, discrimination, violence, intimidation, or behavior that materially compromises the safety or integrity of the group may result in removal from the retreat.
A participant removed for serious misconduct may lose access to the remaining retreat experience, subject to applicable law.
7. PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING, AND VIDEO
Photography and filming may take place during Homecoming.
Participation in promotional photography, filming, interviews, or video testimonials requires the participant's consent.
A participant may communicate that she does not wish to appear in promotional material.
Where separate photography, filming, testimonial, or media-release consent is presented, that separate consent governs the permitted use of the participant's image, voice, likeness, testimonial, or recorded material.
Private emotional disclosures are not automatically granted for promotional use merely through attendance at the retreat.
Unleash Your Inner Wealth may photograph or film general retreat atmosphere, décor, activities, or non-identifiable moments subject to participant consent requirements and applicable law.
8. PERSONALIZED JOURNALS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Personalized journals, prompts, exercises, written materials, retreat frameworks, worksheets, poems, rituals, teaching materials, and original content supplied through Homecoming remain protected intellectual property belonging to their respective creator or rights holder.
Participants may use materials supplied to them for their own personal development.
Commercial reproduction, resale, publication, redistribution, copying for workshops, teaching, training, coaching programs, courses, or other commercial use requires prior written permission.
The personal information supplied by a participant remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection rules.
9. SCHEDULE, FACILITATORS, ACTIVITIES, AND VENUE
The published Homecoming schedule reflects the planned experience.
Retreat schedules, timings, supporting practitioners, activities, exercises, sequencing, venue details, collaborators, or individual program elements may require reasonable adjustment due to operational needs, participant wellbeing, venue requirements, practitioner availability, safety considerations, weather, local conditions, or circumstances outside the organizer's control.
Reasonable changes may be made while preserving the essential character and purpose of Homecoming.
The presence of a named collaborator, practitioner, workshop provider, photographer, facilitator, assistant, or supporting professional is subject to availability.
10. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT BY THE ORGANIZER
Where Unleash Your Inner Wealth cancels Homecoming and no suitable replacement retreat arrangement is offered or accepted, retreat payments received will be handled according to the Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
Where the retreat is postponed, participants will receive information regarding revised dates and available options.
Independent costs including flights, accommodation, visas, transportation, insurance, meals, or other travel expenses remain outside the retreat booking unless expressly included in writing.
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase suitable travel insurance covering cancellation, medical circumstances, travel interruption, and other risks relevant to their trip.
11. TRAVEL AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Participants remain responsible for passports, visas, entry requirements, travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, insurance, and compliance with laws and regulations applying to travel to the United Arab Emirates.
Homecoming does not provide immigration, visa, medical, legal, or travel-insurance advice.
Refusal of entry, delayed travel, missed transportation, passport issues, visa problems, or other travel disruptions do not automatically create a right to a retreat refund once applicable cancellation rights have expired.
12. WHAT IS EXCLUDED
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Homecoming sales page, the retreat fee does not include flights, accommodation, lunch, visas, travel insurance, transportation, or personal expenses.
Any inclusions displayed on the sales page form part of the applicable retreat offer.
13. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Participants remain responsible for their personal possessions throughout the retreat.
Reasonable care is encouraged when bringing phones, jewelry, cash, documents, electronic equipment, sentimental items, or other valuables into the retreat venue.
14. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
Certain parts of Homecoming may involve independent venues, practitioners, photographers, workshop providers, caterers, transport providers, accommodation providers, or other third parties.
Those providers may operate under their own terms, policies, professional standards, insurance arrangements, and responsibilities.
Unleash Your Inner Wealth remains responsible for its own contractual obligations while third-party providers remain responsible for services under their control, subject to applicable law.
15. TESTIMONIALS
Participants may be invited to share written or recorded reflections concerning their experience.
Testimonials remain voluntary.
Declining to provide a testimonial does not affect participation in Homecoming.
Where permission is granted for publication, the permitted use may be governed by a separate consent or release.
16. WEBSITE AND STORE PURCHASES
Products and services available through unleashyourinnerwealth.com are subject to their individual descriptions, prices, availability, and applicable policies.
Customers are responsible for reviewing order details before completing payment.
Prices, descriptions, availability, and offerings may be updated from time to time.
Any material claim regarding a product or service is intended to describe the offer accurately.
17. DIGITAL AND PERSONALIZED MATERIALS
Digital products, downloadable materials, fillable PDFs, personalized products, and custom-created materials may carry additional restrictions regarding refunds, reproduction, access, transfer, or resale.
Relevant conditions appear within the product description, Return and Refund Policy, or accompanying purchase information.
18. PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the website, checkout, retreat questionnaire, email communication, retreat preparation, or related services is handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law.
Participants are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy before providing sensitive personal information for retreat preparation.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Subject to those mandatory rights, Unleash Your Inner Wealth is not responsible for indirect losses, independent travel costs, missed transportation, personal decisions, third-party services, or outcomes arising outside the services expressly supplied under the booking.
20. STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Where a mandatory statutory right conflicts with a provision in these Terms, the mandatory legal right takes precedence.
21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the store, services, retreat arrangements, business operations, or applicable requirements.
The terms applying to an individual purchase or booking are those presented in connection with that transaction, subject to applicable law.
