Where we ship from
Every Maya piece ships from our studio in Bali, Indonesia.

Where we ship to
Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, and anywhere in Indonesia.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your country. You see the exact amount at checkout, before you pay. Shipping within Indonesia is free.

Processing time
We prepare and pack each order by hand within 5–7 business days.

Delivery time
International orders travel by express courier and usually reach you within 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number, sent to you by email once your package leaves Bali.

Customs, import duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Indonesia may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT in Europe), and customs or handling fees charged by your country or by the carrier.

These charges are separate from the price of your order and are paid by the customer on delivery. They vary from country to country and are set by your local authorities. To know more before ordering, please contact your local customs office.

When a package is refused or left uncollected because of these fees, it may be returned to us or lost, and the order cannot be refunded.

Delays
Customs checks, carrier delays and local holidays can slow delivery. We’re here to help you follow your package every step of the way.

The digital book goes straight to your inbox after purchase. Shipping cost: zero.
