RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want every purchase from Unleash Your Inner Wealth to arrive exactly as expected. Please review the terms below before completing your order, as different conditions apply to physical products, digital products, personalized products, and in-person experiences.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us within 48 hours at unleashyourinnerwealth@gmail.com when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Photographs or other evidence of the damage or defect may be requested.

Where a replacement is appropriate, a replacement item may be sent at no additional product cost.

All other physical-product sales are final once the applicable statutory cancellation or consumer rights have expired.

NON-RETURNABLE AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Certain products are final sale due to their nature, including personalized or custom-made products, downloadable or fillable PDFs once supplied or accessed, gift cards, and other products created specifically for an individual customer.

Personalized items cannot be transferred to another customer.

Any statutory rights that apply under the consumer laws governing an order remain unaffected.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer voluntary exchanges. Please review product details, measurements, specifications, and selections carefully before purchasing.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, contact unleashyourinnerwealth@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

HOMECOMING — DUBAI RETREAT · 13–15 FEBRUARY 2027

Homecoming is a limited-capacity, in-person retreat that includes substantial personalized preparation before arrival, including review of the participant's questionnaire, photographs, personal history, personalized journal creation, and individual written material.

All Homecoming payments are processed in US Dollars (USD).

Following the expiry or lawful waiver of any mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights applicable to the booking, all Homecoming payments are final and non-refundable.

Each Homecoming place is non-transferable. A booking may not be sold, assigned, gifted, transferred, or substituted to another person because personalized preparation begins for the individual participant named on the booking.

For reservations made through bank transfer, the booking remains pending until payment is received. Payment must arrive within the time stated in the booking instructions. Where payment does not arrive within that period, the place may be released and offered again.

A participant who later chooses not to attend remains responsible for the booking under these terms once applicable statutory withdrawal rights have expired.

Flights, accommodation, lunch, visas, travel insurance, transportation, and personal expenses are separate from the retreat fee unless expressly stated otherwise on the Homecoming sales page.

CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING BY THE ORGANIZER

Where Unleash Your Inner Wealth cancels Homecoming and does not offer an alternative retreat date accepted by the participant, payments received for the retreat itself will be refunded.

Where circumstances require a change of venue, schedule, facilitator, supporting practitioner, activity, or another operational element while the essential retreat experience remains available, reasonable adjustments may be made.

Where Homecoming is postponed, participants will receive information concerning the revised arrangements and the options available under the circumstances and applicable law.

Unleash Your Inner Wealth is not responsible for independent travel, accommodation, visa, insurance, transportation, or other external expenses incurred by participants, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

Certain customers may have mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, conformity, or other consumer rights under the laws applicable to their purchase.

For qualifying distance contracts involving consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area, a statutory withdrawal period may apply. Any mandatory consumer rights take precedence over conflicting provisions in this policy.

Once a statutory withdrawal period has expired, or where a valid legal exemption or lawful waiver applies, the final-sale and non-refundable conditions stated above apply.
